Ryan 5 foot Barrelled Fowling Piece (Converted).

A Five Foot Barrelled Fowling Piece by Ryan.

My good friend and keen shot Ian Parker shouldering the Ryan from my collection.

Although converted from flintlock this is a superb piece showing all the details of a gun from the late 18th century. A raised shelled apron around the top back tang and overall fine balance.

A gun I bought over twenty years ago in Oxfordshire and one that I'm always pleased handle.

The question I'm always asked is how does it shoot? I don't know I'm too frightened to shoot it!!! I love it too much.
